  • Chargebacks may result in immediate permanent suspension

We use secure third-party processors and do not store full card details.

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate:

  • Any access

At any time, without notice, for:

  • Terms violations

  • Illegal behaviour

  • Risk to other users

  • Where applicable, the laws of Spain, specifically those applying in Gran Canaria (Canary Islands)

You agree that:

  • Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in either:

    • The Courts of England and Wales, or

    • The Courts of Las Palmas, Gran Canaria

  • You submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts

  • Claims must be filed within one (1) year of arising
